Student Accommodation

AP University offers comfortable and convenient accommodation located right within the campus in Technology Park, Malaysia. Students who acquire the accommodation can also have direct access to campus facilities such as the Residence Lounge and SweatZone.
Four varying accommodation options are available for AP University students based on their needs and budget. They include :

En-Suite Rooms with Common Kitchen:
The first and foremost option is the en-suite rooms with a shared kitchen. These are individual rooms for each student, along with attached bathrooms, and are well-equipped with water heaters, bathroom mirrors, shelves, and much more. However, there is only one kitchen available on each floor, and it has to be shared by all. A self-service laundry facility is also available, which can be utilized for an additional payment.
These rooms are divided into four different categories based on the facilities they offer

1. OSP – Super Premium
2. OP – Premium
3. OD – Deluxe
4. OC – Compact

Two Rooms Unit with Kitchen:
These are luxurious rooms equipped with an attached bathroom and other basic facilities. They come in the form of two-room units with a shared kitchen. The kitchen, however, is well-equipped with a microwave and stove. These room units also have an additional area that can be shared and cleaned twice a week by the facility. The residents can also avail of a self-service laundry facility of two-room units on a pay-as-you-use basis. These rooms are divided into two categories, including –

1. OCTS – Super Premium ++
2. OCTP – Premium ++

Premium Rooms with Pantry:
These are premium residential units furnished with a shared pantry. Each unit comprises rooms with attached toilets and showers, bathroom mirrors, and shelves. Four students can share the amenities in a twin room, and two students can share in a single room. Also, each unit has a single pantry equipped with a stove, microwave oven, bar table, electric kettle, refrigerator, and shelves. There’s also an arrangement of ironing stands, and you can use the self-service laundry on a pay-as-you-use basis. These rooms are available in only one category, i.e., Dual Key Premium Rooms (OCD).

Apartment with Kitchen:
These five-room apartments can be used by a single student or shared among as many as five. Each room has an attached bathroom. The kitchen must be shared among all residents and equipped with a stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerator. There is also a common area to be shared, and the self-service laundry can be used on a pay-as-you-use basis. These apartments are available in two different categories they include –

1. Premium Rooms Apartment ( OCAP)
2. Deluxe Rooms Apartment (OCAS)

Application Process

The admission process at AP University is quite simple. You can quickly get through the process by closely reading and understanding the following points :

1. First things first, you can explore through the degree and diploma programs offered at the university. A thorough analysis of the options can help you choose a program that best matches your academic desires.
2. Cross-check and confirm that your early education and expertise match the prerequisites of your chosen course. You shall ensure that your language proficiency, academic qualifications, and any other mentioned criteria for the course match 10% before applying.
3. Now that you’ve chosen a program and your documents are gathered, the next step is filling out the application form. It can be easily accessed from the university website and might require a payment of a non-refundable fee.
4. After filling out and thoroughly checking your application, you can submit it on the website along with scanned copies of all the required documents. These documents may include a copy of your passport, academic certificates and transcripts, IELTS and TOEFL result cards, and another document mentioned by the university website.
5. Once the admission committee has viewed and accepted your application, you’ll receive an offer letter outlining the curriculum of your chosen course and the program fee.
6. Now, you can sign the offer letter and send a scanned copy to the respective email, along with proof of payment, to finally accept the offer.
7. Once you have completed the admission process, you can easily apply for a student visa. AP University offers immense guidance and support throughout the process.
